For Agencies

One AI co-pilot.
Every client board.

Orbis isolates context per client. AI drafts for Client A know nothing about Client B. Switch boards, switch context. Every product guide, team, and tech stack stays separate.

Client A

Fintech · React/Node

Client B

Health · Vue/Rails

Client C

Logistics · Next/Supabase

Zero context shared between orbits.

The problem with generic AI tools for agency PMs

You paste client context into ChatGPT every single time. There's no memory of Client A's stack when you're drafting for Client B.

Edge cases from one project bleed into another because the AI has no concept of isolated board context

You maintain separate docs for each client, but they fall out of date the moment the sprint ends

Switching between five client projects means five different mental contexts to carry, before you even start writing.

Orbis was designed with multi-board isolation from the start. Each client board is a separate context. Switching takes one click.

How Orbis handles multiple clients

Full context isolation per board

Each client board stores its own epics, team members, tech stack, and product guide. Nothing crosses between boards. A draft for Client A's React/Node stack never references Client B's Rails monolith.

One-click board switching

Switch between client boards from the sidebar. The entire context switches: AI drafts, edge cases, assignee recommendations, and product guide all switch with it.

Per-client product guides

Each client board has its own living product guide that updates automatically when tickets ship. Hand-off documentation for client projects writes itself over time.

Different teams per board

Define different team members per client board. Assignee recommendations are based on that board's team and velocity. Not a shared pool across all your clients.

Client hand-off documentation that writes itself

At the end of every engagement, agencies need to hand off a working product to a client team that wasn't in every sprint. That documentation is usually written in a rush during the final week.

With Orbis, the product guide for each client board builds itself over the entire engagement. Every ticket that ships rewrites the relevant section in plain language. By the time you reach hand-off, the documentation already exists: accurate, readable, and current to the last sprint.

Common questions

How many client boards can I connect?

The free plan includes 2 boards. Solo ($19/mo) and Team ($49/mo) include unlimited boards. Connect as many client JIRA projects as you need.

Can multiple PMs at my agency share client boards?

Multi-seat access is on the roadmap. Right now each Orbis account is single-user. If you're managing boards for multiple clients solo, the Team plan gives you unlimited boards and unlimited drafts with no monthly cap.

Can clients see Orbis or the product guide?

Clients don't need an Orbis account to read the product guide. You can export it as Markdown or share a read-only link. Clients see the document, not the Orbis interface.

What if a client already uses Atlassian Rovo?

That's fine. Orbis and Rovo serve different purposes. Rovo is for searching existing Atlassian content. Orbis is for drafting new tickets and maintaining documentation. They don't overlap. You can run both.
