Is Orbis free to use?

Yes. The free plan includes 2 JIRA boards and 20 AI ticket drafts per month. No credit card required. You can use it indefinitely at no cost.

What counts as an AI draft?

Each AI-generated ticket draft counts as one. Editing a draft, previewing it, or pushing it to JIRA does not use another draft. Only the initial generation counts toward your monthly limit.

Do unused drafts roll over?

No. Draft limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused drafts from the previous month do not carry over.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do I need an Atlassian plan to use Orbis?

You need access to a JIRA instance (any plan, Cloud or Server). Orbis connects via API key and works with your existing JIRA setup. No Atlassian plan upgrade required.
